2026 Education & Workforce Summit

The 2026 Education & Workforce Summit: King County Career Showcase brings together educators, employers, industry leaders, and community partners for a dynamic, future-focused event centered on building a strong regional talent pipeline. This annual summit highlights emerging workforce trends, innovative education strategies, and the evolving needs of King County’s key industries.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore interactive exhibits, hear from expert panelists, engage in solution-driven discussions, and connect directly with organizations committed to developing the next generation of talent. From K–12 and higher education to workforce development programs and employers, the Summit creates a space where collaboration drives meaningful impact.
